Picked up this TV last night for $50 and today in the morning it was running.
It had a 13 error code, which ended up to be a bad tube (#9 from the top).
I have measured over 9 VAC at that inverter transformer (second pin from the top).
I have followed a Youtube video which Budm posted in another Sony repair post by me (KDL46EX400).
TV is an awsome TV, it's an older TV (2007), but it has some nice specs, like 1080P, 120Hz, 3 HDMI inputs and the interior it's a great workmanship. I also hear a fan somewhere well hidden, it has some huge heatsink on the T-con.
