    i gave it a run over with some flyux and a heat gun last night, it's improved somewhat

    now reboots twice and on within a minute

      don't seem to be getting anywhere

      now it's 3 reboots and it's on and working

      tried pushing down on the bga chips but makes no difference only time it comes on quickly is when i apply heat

      applied more flux and reheated and it's made next to no difference, other than removing the bga chips and reballing them is there anything else anyone can suggest?

        anyone any idea on how easy it is to reball one of these, seen bga reball videos online but not sure if it's even the problem

          just in case anyone faces similar problems, got a main av board for £15 off ebay replaced it and now the tv is fault free
