This set has DOUBLE PICT. fault.
Any help please.

It looks like it could be the tab bond failure.
Of course there is a possibility to it being the TCON but there really is no way to tell for sure.

You can try applying pressure on the bezel of the tv (or twist it a little) and see if the picture betters.
But do be sure to check the LVDS and make sure it is snuggly in the connector.

The fault in that video is different, but the cause is ultimately the same. It is fixable most of the time.
