Hi All,

I have a Technika lcd19dvdid-108 with a black screen which happend a few days ago, it still has sound and can change channels.

The same thing happend 6-9 months ago and after a lot of searching found a code that allowed me to change the settings and black screen, After a lot of searching this time I can not find the code.

Most nights around midnight the set would change it's tuning setting by it's self to various country regions, I put this down to having a bad signal but may be related to my issue now.

Any help with a code would be appreciated and may save me launching the set and buying something else.

Hi - if you could provide a picture of the internals of the unit OR of the sticker, we can figure out who really made this set (certainly not Tesco themselves!) Then we can look up the code to reset it. Also, in a dark room, does the screen visibly glow?

Hi,
The screen glows grey when turned on for a second and will then go black.

Probably "2 seconds to black". Not sure of the OEM, so we'd need some internal pics.
