Sharp #29L-FG1L blowing fuse.

Sharp #29l-fg1l blows fuse when it is powered up.I have checked the bridge,
the FBT,and the HOT and they have all checked ok.The filter cap is also ok.

This is a CRT presumably.
Does it have a standby supply?
Can you do the series light bulb trick and see if standby fires up?

This is a CRT with a stby supply and I can do the series light bulb trick.

In which case, since you can do the series lightbulb trick, I would suggest you do the series lightbulb trick.
