Polaroid TDX-03211c Logo flashes, but no picture

Got this one for free.

When you turn it on, the red LED turns to solid blue, and
you can hear the speakers click softly. Then the inverters
turn on, and you briefly see the Polaroid logo flash on the
screen for about 1/2 second.

But then the lamps turn off, and there is nothing on the
screen, but the LED remains solid blue.

So it looks like everything is working, except maybe the
+24V to the inverters gives out after 2 seconds?

Or do you think this is a main board issue?

How about pictures & a quick test of the +24V while it's running?

Ok, cracked it open, and found two bloated caps
feeding the inverter transformers, 10uF, 450V.

They both measured bad on my russian ESR meter.

It's exactly the same caps that this guy replaced:

I'd be overjoyed to get an easy one this time!!!

It is a very common defect with this chassis, you may have got lucky.
