It has no color, and picture is shadowy, it has audio. Can you help repair it.

It is most likely an X-main issue. The easiest solution will be to replace the X-main board. If the parts are easily available it will be a cheap fix.

Is the picture very dim?

Do you see a predominance of dim mis-firing pixels? (red, blue and green speckles randomly appearing across the screen)

Does the picture have any lag -- a little slow to update?

How about a picture of the fault so we can be sure.

I have replaced the X-main twice on Samsung plasmas, very common failure.
