So I got a Vizio E321vl that wont turn on all I get is the Vizio name on front to come on amber. The problem that started it all was the power cord was chewed on while it was on and now it has this problem. As I was testing the voltage I happened to notice that the Vizio light had gone off even though it was plugged up and has not come back on
I read this already and didn't find much
1)I have a multimeter and measured the voltage across 5.1sb when the Vizio light was on they were all at 4.94 and after they were all ~5.1-5.19
2) Tested the PS_ON it stayed at 0.00 even when the power button is pressed.
3)I tested the main capacitor it registered at 168 then would go to 174,171 and then back to 168 and repeat
4)The fuses on the logic board read F1 at 5.13 and F2 at 0.00
from this point I don't know what to test and or what is wrong with it any help would be appreciated.
