Re: Help with 26LG30-UA
Didn't notice this post. Those voltages look fine to me. I doubt they would cause the issue. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Re: Help with 26LG30-UA
I had this same model with a video issue that got better with the TV being on for awhile, determined it was the main board but never tried reflowing it, I think that may be the case here.
Never tried the oven thing because I didn't know about it, Tom can tell you how to do it..

Re: Help with 26LG30-UA
Interesting thought. I haven't tried just letting it sit on for a while.
I'm all for reflowing the boards even just as a "what the hell" possibility.
In this case, which one is the "main" board you refer to? Is that the power supply? The t-con? The one with the tuner and video inputs? or the one which i'm speculating has to do with power inversion for the display?

Reflow is best done in an oven. The one used to cook chips and pizza on a late student night. Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!
