I got a Samsung Plasma TV, model HP-R4272C, sound is good, but pictures look like many horizontal lines, but 1/6 of the horizontal is good as shown in the picture.
I checked the VS,Va, all good. There are two y-buffer boards, each has three cable connectors as the second picture, I disconneted and connected them but not help. When touched the heatsinks at the y-buffer boards, the good picture position (The first of the lower buffer), the temporary is acceptable, but all others are very hot.
Questions:
1. Does this mean the y-buffer boards are bad? or the y-sustain board problem. Which one I should replace?
2. Does this mean panel is bad ? But 1/6 of the screen looks good.
Thanks
