samsung pn50a450 blank screen issue no sound

Help needed! I've got this samsung turn it on makes the start up noise, have all voltages vs 208v , va 56v, 5.2v , 15v , 3.2v at y sus, z sus o-scoped at the y sus have the signal there, tested y sus ic no short fet's fuses ok etc. on this tv the buffers & y sus are one board # pcb lj41-05308a . but suspect it to be the issue as the heat sinks do not get warm at all but still have voltage ? psu is good not shutting down. did replace a blown up Triode Transistor mr4710 @ location u5701 next to cn5801. I cant post pic yet no com with me. I dont want to just buy a y board to test it like to go componet level if possable. the screen being bad not likely

I just ordered a y sus / buffer for it $50 on e bay will see if this gets it going hopefully!

tv is fixed was the y sus / buffer on to the next broken one
