Re: Samsung PS51D6900DSxxc- Stays in standby

Bad news, as usual, without voltage goes.

    Bridges have done horizontally.

I do not understand, I made a few days ago and had the bridge voltage PSON goes.

So, you do not get voltages when triggering PSON?
Have you tried VSON, if it is separate?

Exactly, continued without voltages, with PSON activated

Sorry I do not understand that separate .. I have not touched anything VSON

        I'll post a picture

Sometimes these PSU boards have a separate VS-ON for turning on the plasma panel voltages.

How are you providing signal to PS-ON?

            PSON connect to GND.

It should also be connected to GND Vs_on?

              Yes, try that too.

Re: Samsung PS51D6900DSxxc- Stays in standby

Tom I believe there is a panel on command and I'd consider trying disconnecting the buffers or go deeper on the ymain or disconnecting the ribbon to the logic main

have any checks on fuses/shorts etc been done yet?

i have had on of my PS50Q91 models stuck in standby because of shorted buffer and ymain.

I just can't remember how I fluked the set to turn now but I mucked around with the Ymain area and maybe the logic card.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.

The only other problem I see is on this the y is feeding the x, on mine they fed inderpendantly VS from the PSU.

Tomorrow if I have some time, desmontare the psu and will review again.

Zombie Samsung UN55NU6900F dead / no standby voltage - randomly came to life after hours of troubleshooting then died
                    by tvguy12012012120
This is my first attempt at troubleshooting a board like this, I know I could just buy a new board but I'm curious to figure out how this works. I've been testing different components in the evenings this week and I think the problem is with the IC failing to start up for some reason. When the board is plugged in there is no standby voltage.

Then today it randomly sprung to life like a zombie but shortly died thereafter. I have no idea why it would have done that and its the first time I've seen it running. I discharged capacitors on the board last night, then it was sitting today....

LED TV Samsung The Frame 55 inch QE55LS03RAU Standby Light only
                    by ChristianBr01
                    Hello everyone,
I got a Samsung The Frame 55 inch TV for free from uncle cause it is not turning on anymore. I am in the second year of training as an electrician so I have knowledge already but I am far away from to be a pro.
The TV has Standby but ist not turning on. A Friend of mine owns a 50 inch Frame TV so I checked the One Connect Box and the One Connect Cable there. Both are good and working normally. I have opened the TV case and measured some voltages on the Board.
What I already found is that the 12.8V are not an the connector to the main board connector to the power...

                    TV: Samsung QLED QE65Q7FNAT
                    PSU: BN4400940A
                    MB: BN94-12832K

I got the tv in spring 2024. At that time it started, then ran 60 sec and poweroff. Seemed like reboot issue. I didn't have time and room to check it in summer so I plugged it in and now the standby light is on. I press button on remote, standby light goes off and tries to start?. No picture or backlight on LCD. I thought about removing diodes like in this thread: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...sung-qled-q60r...

Samsung TV mu6179 with Mainboard BN41-02568B wont save configuration.
                    by fixitforfree
I have two Boards BN41-02568B for a UE55MU6179 of which one does produce a good picture (Board A) but can not save its configuration (even a factory reset will not work) and one board which produces a distorted picture (Board B). Learning from here the IC1604 saves the configuration of such a TV.

Before replacing the IC1604 from Board B to Board A - would that actually solve the problem from Board A not being able to store its configuration or could there be something else wrong with writing to the flashrom? Is it even the right chip to replace or should I look out for a different...
