Toshiba TV black screen,NO sound or picture

We turned off our TV last night. Turned on this morning and nothing. I hear the click from the power button, but nothing happens. Unplugged it for 1/2 hr and then tried again. Nothing. Tried pushing the reset button, I get 2 cycles of 3 blinking lights and then it turns on the TV again but still nothing. Model number Toshiba HD Projection 51HX94.

Can anyone help me?

Blinking light when I push the reset is Green

Then the cooling fan for the cableCARD has stopped working.
Take the back off and make sure fan connections are secure and that is not blocked or clogged with dust. Report your findings.
