Insignia NS-L32Q-10A Need a part number for chip on power supply please

I have a power supply out of an Insignia ns-l32q-10a television set. I found a bad voltage regulator but unfortunately it is fried so I cannot get the part number off of it. I searched the internet and couldn't find any schematics or service manuals for this set. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The bad chip is at IC902 on the board. Attached is a picture. Thanks again in advance.

Sounds like a Sanken STR-A6069H with the PWM controller and switching transistor intergrated into one chip. Also missing pin 6 as in the photo.
