Re: Samsung LN32B460 turns on only after repeated attempts

I'm still trying to pinpoint the problem and I managed to get service manual for this tv. I do have a question about the troubleshooting manual, it states voltages as A, B, or DDR (e.g. A5V, B12V, DDR1.9V). I'm assuming A is for standby-mode and B for power on, but I'm not sure about DDR. Can someone give me a clue? I've included the applicable pages from the manual.
      Thanks.

DDR is for the memory bias voltage, it is difficult to explain but it should only be there during normal operation. Are all the outputs of the PSU within good tolerance, or are they too high?

The PSU outputs are within good tolerance. Following the troubleshooting guide, the voltages on the main board are within tolerance with the exception of BD104, which should be 12V, but tests at 13.07V. That is the only reading that is too high.
