    Sharp LC42a63m

    Dear all forumers,
I have a weird problem with the above says TV power supply.
Its first cant on and i had able to change the SMPS controller DLA001D i replace it with L6598D and its work fine.
But after the TV get warm Up, the relay will clicl and the power off it self.No green light at all. And its turn back on itself in a minit then off again.
Can someone plsase advise me what should i do next or should i just change the PSU?
    thanks
    Happy troubleshooting

It's almost sorda impossible to determine on exactly where the problem is located by the information given. First why was the SMPS needed to be replaced, was it totally Bad. Pictures of the back of TV helps us to determine closely on what to look for. I personally do not like to use other models of SMPS to fix a television. However in your case your one step ahead of the game by finding an alternative SMPS. Now again Pictures and Voltages can give us enough to help. BTW welcome to the forum.

But what i know is when its work everything is working perfect. nothing seem to be wrong.Just when its get warm up then the power will cut off.It seem like something is short, and the relay click to cut off the power. But its on back in a min and the become more and more frequent in between.
Did anyone who have this model service manual link please dont mind share me the link.Or can someone with elektro tanya acc please introduce me to join the page to find more info.

Check all your soldering for cold or intermittent solder joints. Reseat all connectors.
