i was watching my sanyo plasma 50 inch model 50747 was playing fine then it just started to mess up and now the top third of my screen messed up its only 3 years old i was told it was my upper buffer board but that was by a friend i need someone to tell me what it causeing the problem

post pictures of the upper buffer board, you cant say anything until you see if you have a problem, use sight, see if anything is visually apparent, sound to see if anything popped, touch to see if anything is too hot. and smell to see if anything is smoking.you cant tell what is wrong or causing a problem by guessing, too many varibles.
