    Toshiba 22LV610 no audio/video

    Hello everybody!
    I got LCD w/ build in DVD player Toshiba 22LV610U that turning on but produce no audio and no video. Power light every 10 seconds turning off then on and front logo is lighting only 5 out of 10 seconds in that period. All voltages that comes from PSU are correct except returning voltage that powering LCD backlit (inverters are integrated in PSU).
    I was thinking to replace main board with working board that comes from larger 26 inches unit but I'm afraid of scaler addressing software (diferrences between 22 and 26 inch LCD size). At this point I have to repair this main board and have no clue what is wrong with it.

    Many times the main board will have bad voltage regulators that cause all sorts of funny symptoms. You can try checking these components and see if they match their designated DC output.
