I have a Philips 37mf321d/37 that blinks the green light. Every so often it will power on for 10 or so seconds then goes off. Even after you unplug the TV it will still continue to blink for about a min. I open up the TV and had one blown cap at 2074 and replace that one. The main problem is my voltages across many points are really jumpy. So any information on what I can check next would be greatly appreciated.
Test I have done so is.
I have checked all the bipolar capacitors and they are all within specs.
I have unsolder the diodes and check to make sure voltage only runs one way.
Voltage across filter cap is 165V
Voltage between negative of filter cap at location 2062 to ic chip TEA1507p at location 7061.
Pin
1 0-3V
2 0V
3 0-3.4V
4 16mv-31mv
5 0-1.5V
6 0-168mv
7 0-400mv
8 164V
Voltage at pin 1089
1 19.86-21.5V
2 19.85-21.5V
3 19.75-22.86V
4 96mv-1.3V
5 45mv-1.3V
6 0V
7 0V
8 0V
9 40mv
10 0V
