Elecrograph 42" plasma TV model DTS 42 W

Hi,
I have a 42" Electrograph plasma TV, no picture or sound. The alarm (red LED 8004) is on. The power supply is Samsung # LJ44 - 00025A.

The standard voltages from inside the unit are:
Va= 70; Vsc= 79; Vs= 165; Ve= 190; Vset= 220
The measured voltages are:
Va= 65-70; Vsc= 0; Vs= 160; Ve= 190; Vset= 160

This is an update:
When I disconnected SX, SY separately and together the condition stayed the same as above. When SL disconnected in addition to the disconnected SX and SY all voltages measured as posted inside the unit with no alarm and the green LEDs 8001, 8002 and 8003 stayed lit.

SL = Is that an X buffer board?

SL connects the power board to the logic board LJ92-573A.
