    Magnavox 32 LCD Cap replacement

My father in law just gave me his maganavox 32 lcd tv that didnt work, after a little research i found that two caps on the power supply went bad so i replaced them and now the tv works. when i went to radio shack to get the cap i needed, 1200uf 25v, they didnt have them but they did have 1000uf 25v so i got those and installed them. like i said, the tv now works, but the pictur quality is not great, colors are not great and quality alost looks like a video from the internet, it has pixalation...woould the cap that i used have anything to do with the picture quality? thanks in advance...Ryan

RadioShack caps will not work; you need low ESR ones. They will probably not be causing the problem though (but they will soon, when they die.)

Digi-Key, search for Panasonic FC or Panasonic FM. (Favourites around here.)

If you are in the US, Digi-Key P14426-ND, Panasonic EEU-FR1E122L would be an option.
