Insignia NS-L37Q-10A Backlight

I just had Insignia NS-L37Q-10A get backlight problem
When turned on the TV displays "please wait..." then the screen goes black but remains powered on.
Sound like Insignia ADTV8NE1AC9 Power Supply Unit any one know website to download the Insignia NS-L37Q-10A service manual? or Insignia ADTV8NE1AC9 Power Supply Unit diagram
