    Philips 42PF5520D/10 help

I have this 42 Plasma, it has samsung panel PDP-342SD-YD07

    PSU LJ44-00101CPS

I replaced a known cap on the psu some time ago which switched the psu on but still no picture, pulled out today to have another go, the y and z boards are humming nicely, at power on you get a brief picture on screen then it dissapears

I suspect previous owner has been twisting the pots? maybe not, anyway this psu does not show what the voltages should be that I can find, here is what I get

    VE-85v
VS-190v (this was 207v I turned it down)
    VS scan- minus 175v
    V set- 181v

If anyone can tell me the correct voltages or recognises the fault please let me know, from what I can see of the picture it looks clear whem on for 1 second

    thanks Ronnie

Usually there is a white label on the panel that shows these voltages. They vary with the individual panel.

Hi Plainbill, I removed the psu and found the info on the underside, everything was pretty much right, but when I refitted the psu the alarm led on the psu is blinking a code related to va, seems to relate bottom buffers? not sure why this would happen

      thanks Ronnie

I'm not sure, either. I'll try to do a little research on this later.
