I would get the Visio logo but no sound or picture and had to unplug set to turn it off. Paid $65.00 for a service call and the technician wrote down that the mainboard was bad. I removed the mainboard and power supply board and saw no signs of overheating and 4 of the 6 680uF caps on the power supply looked a little different on the top but still looked flat when viewed from the side. I did nothing more than inspect the boards then I re-installed them. Now when I turn the set on the screen is all black, before it was lite up with a white glow but now nothing. The only thing I think I might have done was short something when I removed the three white plastic plugs from the power supply board (they were very hard to get apart and I had to use a small screwdriver to pry them apart). Could I have shorted something even though the set was unplugged when I removed the boards for inspection? I would really like to get this set going as I have an old RCA 52" Projection that the converter chips are failing on so I wanted to go to a newer TV. I'm handy with a soldering iron and have a couple of ECM weller stations and have repaired many things in the past including TV's with bad capacitors but I do not have the funds to buy every board in this set. This TV is a Visio VX42LHDTV10A Thanks to all who can help me in this matter.

I have ACER Nitro 5 model AN515-51 main board model LA-E911P Rev 1A after replacing the mainboard keyboard stop working properly.
Some keys not working like Q,Z,C and some keys show deferent chr$ if i press K i will get I press D for F4 key etc...
i have tried all software issues like drivers test the keyboard on Windows 10 and Windows 11 and Linux with same problem.
I have check the keyboard connector on the mainboard every thing looks ok.
Then i replaced the keyboard with new one ......same problem exact same keys problem.
I need your advice if anyone face... -
