If you are new to this forum, we can help a lot more if you please post clear focused pictures (max resolution 2000x2000 and 2MB) of your boards using the manage attachments button so they are hosted here. Information and picture clarity compositions should look like this post.
We respectfully ask that you make some time and effort to read some of the guides available for basic troubleshooting. After you have read through them, then ask clarification questions or report your findings.
Please do not post inline and offsite as they slow down the loading of pages.

Coppell tv repair. Go there. They offer great advice. and they don't charge you for that. This is rare in business today. I read their advice on the the YDRVboards and it is accurate. I've tested and replaced 2 of them on my 50" plasma, Fixed my problem for the cost of the boards andmailing. ($37 each board.) I first replaced the bottom board, then the top went bad about 1 week later. i replaced it and BINGO! it has been working good for a couple months now. I only now heard about their blog. I am impressed. Straight advice.

A shorted cap or resistor at the YSUS power output line would result EXACTLY in a vertical line as I have witnessed a few times; a shorted buffer would have the exact same effect.
Granted, a shorted buffer is a whole lot more common than a shorted capacitor at the YSUS output...and yet I've seen that too and it is simply incorrect to say that vertical lines can't be caused by YSUS.
It is unlikely yet certainly not impossible.
Thanks to everyone for the kind words!
