Vizio VW42LFHDTV10.4 ?

hello,
One morning my tv had no video ,after paying vizio tech dude to come I got diagnosis that tv inverter boards have bad caps ,on one which I took the cover off you can see oooze coming out of the cap itself.
The part is marked with tag lg phillipsco lc420wu5(slave) although I suspect master is same board,I believeve bad cap is marked sc43
bar code reads 8ajzp7811384.
I am not much of a electronics wizard but know someone who could solder in just the caps or I would replace the boards if it was cheap enough,
Help me please ,I have been watching my 27 inch tv for weeks now ,any further info needed I would try to provide ,the caps? are blue looking things marked VOA Pet ,Does this make sense can you help me fing caps only ,master and slave boards or make an offer on the screen for parts in northern pa .or thould I just take this out and put about 6 12 ga shotgun shells thru it ,

Sorry about that. I have a profound lack of respect for those who feel problems are best solved with a shotgun.

On the chance that was your attempt at humor, the TV is repairable. The least expensive approach would be to order the proper caps and have your friend install them. I believe the full inverter is also available. Google is your friend for that.

If you want help here, pictures would give us more information. Note the links in my signature for instructions. The description you gave of the caps would indicate the capacity and voltage is on the other side of the cap.
