Sounds like a problem with the IC that selects the input. Unless you can find a bad power voltage regulator on the board, it will probably require replacing the appropriate board. The service manual is available on elektrotanya.

Thank you for the advise, will look into it later.
        I have the service manual.

Flash memory is on scaler board if the tv has a corrupted firmware.
Problem with the IC that selects the input is on AV board.
This is very tough call to me, 50/50 chances of these two board.

I have a feeling that may be the firmware was corrupted.
If anyone have copy of this firmware please let me know, thank you.

          Sounds more like corrupt firmware.

If you get working input at all, that is not the chip. Especially if the chip got clobbered, IC tend to die totally and give nothing at all. And double especially on generic TVs, they tend to use all in one IC to keep cost down. Usually Mediatek. (Yuck).

IC4201 is a 36pin SMD type IC. I have to remove it with hot air and spent quite some time to put back the surrounding SMD components.

                          Warning:
This job is not recommend for newbies.
Replace the complete AV board is more safe and easy job.
