Dyi led/lcd amp'd tv media center

So I have a 15" LED/LCD AMP'D TV with a radio and CD player that I want to convert to a media center by having it play music and videos from a USB flash drive or SD card. I have gotten it to read an SD card but I cannot navigate the USB Interface with either the control panel or remote control even though everything appears to be connected correctly. The one thing that is different, however, is that the DVD Interface Board (AL10-M) that I am using to read the SD card is from a different TV (a Hiteker) whereas the motherboard (CV3553BL-D) appears to be from an AMP'D. Pictures of the DVD Interface Board and the motherboard are attached. So my question at this point is how can I get the control panel or remote control to work so I can navigate the USB Interface?

Secondly, what are the pins V3.3, TX_DP, RX_DM, and GND for, which are on the small board (XD-LT8911EX) connected to the motherboard and the screen? Is it for a USB port? And if so, how can I hook it up?

I have another small board as well which has the V3.3, TX, RX, and GND pins along with the pins +12V, +12V, BL-ON, ADJ, GND, GND. What are they for?

Any help would be much appreciated.

[Marantz SR5012] Center channel keeps going into ASO/Overcurrent protection.
    by acedogblast
First off I would like to thank this community as it has provided me with great information that has helped me greatly on my repair for this Marantz SR5012 AV receiver. I am creating this new thread as the other 2 that I have created here has had their original question/problem solved and I plan that this is the final thread on my repair. Please note that this is my first time repairing audio amplifiers so I may not be aware of common issues and things to know.

Lets start at what I have done so far. Random speaker popping on all channels is fixed by replacing the 2 large filter...

MacBook Pro Mid-2014 A1398 Retina LED Controller Connector [First Repair (Disaster)]
    by bussincaps
    Hello All,

tl;dr: minimal electronics experience and my first repair, lifted 8 pads off the laptop display LED controller board when attempting a connector replacement, options are attempting pad repair or jump wiring.

    Laptop Model: MacBook Pro 15 Mid-2014 Retina, A1398 MGXA2LL/A
eDP Display: Samsung LSN154YL01-A02, assembly sold as Apple part 661-8310
Soldering Equipment: Hakko FX-888D w/ T-18 tips (Chisel, Conical, Bevel types)

I needed to replace the 30-pin I-PEX Cabline connector (labeled J8300 in the Apple 820-3662 mainboard schematics),...

Where to find a very small fpc connector 0.3mm between 2 pins ?
    by corrize
Hello, I search this connector (oxydated).
It's a fpc zif low profile connector. It come from camera sensor, it is very small : 0.3mm between 2 pins.
I ordered 2 from Aliexpress called « 0.3mm pitch » but one was 0.5mm between 2 pins and the other 0.6mm. In fact « 0.3mm pitch » seams to be the pad width and not the distance between 2 pins.
I can't find it. The other websites like mouser dont show the datasheet, and I can't check if it is 0.3mm between 2 pins ?

Do you know how to find this connector please ? What is the exact name for find it ?

LG 60PK550 Logic Control Board EBR63450301
    by Yanleb
Hi all, I just want to share the repair of my 60PK550-UA TV set.

The TV set was powering on, just no image. After verification, nothing wrong on the YSus or ZSus boards. Nothing wrong on the main board either.

But I noticed that the LED was not flashing on the Logic Control Board. This is an EBR63450301. The LED is supposed to flash even with all the flat cables disconnected, with only the power cable attached.

All the voltages measured at the electrolytic capacitors on the board were good. From top left to bottom right:
    C57: 3.30V
    C61:...

Dell E6400 PT434 type Battery Charging Stuck at 1%. Battery Pinouts?
    by Bowline
My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?

Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?

My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.
I have tried multiple different Dell power adapters. My Dell...
