    Samsung QE65Q64RAT - replacement screen

    Hello there,

as announced in the introduction post i'm here to ask the knowledgeable people of this forum where to find a replacement lcd for the tv in the thread title. i made a bunch of pictures with which you can hopefully identify the screen that i need and where to find it.

thank you very much in advance.

The number of the trough assembly with the matrix is indicated on the tag, you can also use the number on the panel strip - BN96-48077A, but it's better to buy a new TV!

Definitely buy a new TV. Don't try and replace a screen. Cost is too much.

But the new panel itself is very expensive, comparable to the cost of the TV itself, and even if you find this panel for a lot of money, then probably during installation (one wrong move) the panel may crack, this is a big risk, it requires skills and practice, The panel is not small.

I broke the first 3 screens I tried to remove granted I was impatient and one was glued down. As lotas says, there is many problems that can occur and it's just not worth it. As another person to chime in, don't do it lol. Buy a new tv.

if you want to know its true or false... call the authorized workshop of Sami,,, or call them ,, they will tell you the price.
and if the TV made in Slovakia , its close to you.. go there and try to establish relation with worker... 300 euro they will take one for you out from the factory

Yep, getting a panel to Oz would be prohibitive, I wouldn't even bother with it specially with a samsung, they are just too unreliable these days, prolly big pre Christmas sales coming up, I would take what you would spend to get that going and put some with it and get a decent OLED, prices are coming down.

i doubt there is a way you get a cheap new tv with the statistics this one has

it was produced 2019. who could i even contact in slovakia? i just thought i could get some cheap, compatible replica from somewhere.

I read your location wrong, it's Austria not Oz, thought I would correct that before some wiseguy jumps on it.

In Austria ..you can get a 65 zoll Tv Second Hand for 300-400 euro.
Alternativ...call Mediamarkt service, they have, sometimes, panels on stock. price is about 400 euro.

Hello everyone, I’ve just been given a Samsung UE55JU6800K smart tv as it had white spots on the screen due to the led lenses falling off. After refitting them & putting the tv back together I thought it was a nice easy fix for a free bedroom tv , then I tried it before screwing the back into place. I realised that the right side of the screen was darker than the other side, I removed the screen again as I thought the backlights had failed but they are fine.
I put the screen back in place & turned it back on . The screen seemed to be ok again but different screens on the same...

                                  Hi all,

Because of two bright spots and a couple of dark spots I decided to replace the backlights in my Samsung UE48JU7000. See attached photos:

I thought all went well, but after full assembly and testing it out it turns out not all is fine. The backlights are completely fine but I have some weird issues on the right half of the screen. Since I didn't really touch the T-CON board (apart from taking out the ribbons of the display and reconnecting them on assembly) it would be weird that the issue is with the T-CON board... But based on the behavior of the service...

Hello guys. I'm a complete noob in electronics. I'd like to repair my child Lunii's (a "story box"), basically an audio player that allows the childs to choose between several options the places, characters, objects of the story, and then play a story according to the choice of the child. There is a screen that display the selected option before each choice. The Lunii fell and the screen is now broken.
I'd like to repair it (probably just have to change the part, because the lunii still works perfectly fine) but I can't manage to identify the part/order it online. Do you have any...

Hi , I've recently replaced the screen in my Samsung galaxy ao2s, at first it wouldn't even turn on, it had the charging symbol on the screen when plugged in but the green circle wasn't going around to show it charging....
Ive eventually managed to get it on and working but it's very temperamental...

The battery icon always reads as 50% , when the phone goes into lock screen mode i sometimes can't get the screen back on unless I plug the charger in to get it to light up, also it keeps putting the camera app on.. u think it could be something to do with the side buttons. ...

I'm from Norway so I'd like to apology in advance if my description of the fault is kind of simple or the names on the components are way off. 😊

the TV is powering up, working as normally and picture is all good, except a 1.5-inch-wide vertical line of snow/static across the screen.

This TV is a Signage Display/Public Display version and it's been used at my work for 4-5 years showing commercials 24/7. The fault occurred when...
