    Samsung QE50Q67T bootloop problem

    Hey everyone.

I have a Samsung QE50Q67TAUXXC (same as Q60T i think) which is experiencing constant bootloop. The picture comes on at first but then it begins to reboot again and again. I tried taping off the pins one by one on the ribbon-cable connecting the two panels at the bottom - and found that the bootloop stops when 1st pin from the left is taped off and the same if the 46th is taped off. (See picture). But unfortunately, I get no image on the screen in those cases.
The bootloop also stops when the whole right side is disconnected. Which makes me believe the problem might originate here. (see picture).
Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be? And what my next move could be?

    Thank you in advance

Trace the pins which give you the effect of stopping boot loop and see what they connect to!

Do you think its possible to find any kind of schematics of the boards? I haven't had any luck myself.

Try to mask these contacts here.

It still loops and there are a lot of horizontal lines on the screen.

check diodes, capacitors, big resistors on the panel stripe boards for short/open

I've tried checking for hot components, but nothing seems to heat up. I will try going through all the component to see if anything is faulty.
About the two contact pins that can stop the bootloop when taped off. I seems to be FB_1 and FB_2 but i'm no completely sure what that tells me. I can find very little information about these board.

Them could be similar to trdy_1, trdy_3, a ready state loop signal free from tension..

fb could be feed back, probably a closed loop means problems on the panel

                        Re: Samsung QE50Q67T bootloop problem

For some reason the tv started to not show a picture at all. It simply started the bootloop right away. Even with the before-mentioned pins taped off. I managed to stop the loop again by taping of a pin on the ribbon cable going into the main board. Pin 30 from the bottom. Any ideas? Or is it even fixable?

Short answer is no, it’s not fixable. Even when they do work with the tape method assuming it is a bad panel all the ones I see have some type of degraded picture. Some have faint lines, some have certain colors slightly off and others just simply can’t be fixed.

It’s never a perfect picture again.

one is showing open on diode mode
                            Tv in bootloop no picture

                            Thanks

Resistors whose resistance is not known (there is no marking) may show 0 Om (plays the role of a jumper).

The panel has problems, in some cases I managed to make it work (the devices have been working for two months without problems), but it is not a long-term solution. Read the attached link where the given solution is for bootloop https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...ines-on-screen
