Trying to identify this IC near the 12 and 5 volt connector. It is marked MDME and looks to be some kind of voltage regulator for the 12 and 5 volt rail. This is located in an Invid Nvr #PN1B-8X8NH. As you an see from the picture it is a 6 pin small ic. Any help is appreciated.

Re: Invid PN1B-8X8NH Nvr Unknown IC
I guess that is not the ic, it might be a custom marking? does the other nvr have the same ic top markings?
What are the ic voltages on the non working nvr?
Pin 3 seems to be ground, are 2 & 4 connected together? pin 1 looks like a control line?Last edited by R_J; 08-14-2023, 07:05 PM.

Actually not Rj. Looks like the other nvr has the marking beginning with NY. It is burned so i cant read the full marking. Same circuit though. This is a pain finding these tiny components while the schematic diagrams are somewhere locked away. Thanks for trying to help.

Pin out is the same on both boards even though I can't determine voltages on the non working board. Same inductor and capacitors on both boards. Looks like a lot of these markings are cryptic as none of the databases show them. Hard to fix something when components can't be identified.
