Conponent replacement hisense tv

Hi guys someone gave mr a tv that turn on then led panel stay on and the roku software doesnt display anything

While inspecting th board i foud this part clumsy

Can someone help me identify or give me a equivalent so I can replace it ? Thabks in advance

Google search points to PMST3904, thats NPN transistor.
You can check it multimeter.
There is the same type next to it, you can check it too to confirm it's NPN.
