Blue screen on a TV - Telefunken d49u400x4cwi

Hey, I have a problem with my TV, it's showing nothing but a blueish "image" if I can call it that, no matter what I do.

Tried switching the hdmi port, pressing the buttons on the back of the TV does nothing and I don't know what's wrong with it.

When plugging it in to the wall socket, the tiny status LED blinks normally a couple of times, it responds to the on / off button on the remote, but nothing else.

What should I do or how should I test it further to figure out what's wrong with it ?

Brand and model number : Telefunken d49u400x4cwi

What I have managed to find so far is that the motherboard is called Vestel 17MB120 along with it's power source that's also Vestel 17IPS72 as for the t-con board , I guess it's a LG display since that's what's written on the board.

From what I understand, one can reflash the motherboard using a USB stick and firmware files and for that I've found these :

Could you guide me as to what to do, which files to go for to attempt a reflash and see if that's the issue ?

Thank you! I appreciate it. Do you have any tutorial or instructions anywhere on how to properly do it so I don't damage it further?

I know that the usb stick must be formatted as FAT32 and placing the files directly on to the stick, without any folders, does that mean taking each file from the zip you just posted and placing it directly on the main usb stick folder?
