    Hisense 75rge1 led output voltage

This hisense is not putting out the 98 volts x 4 that its supposed to. Its putting out 35.1, 35.3,29 and 31 volts. I dont have capacitor tester. I do have a klien mm600 multimeter and a led tester.
    TIA
All the leds appear to function.

Can I get guidance on what components to test in regards to this low voltage issue ?

Today the voltages are even lower , about 17 volts x 4

It seems like the problem is on the power supply.

With everything plugged in you could measure voltage between GND and B ON. Be careful with the power supply so you don't get an electric schock! I'm not 100 % sure but the B ON should be the control voltage from the main board to activate the backlight. If you don't have any voltage there I would suspect the problem is on the main board(if the main board is supplied with standby power). If there is a few volts at B ON the problem is probably on the power supply.

You should also give us high resolution images of the boards

You likely have bad backlights, You can connect your meter to the backlight connector, then turn on the power and see if the voltage goes up, and then drops. This is due to the bad backlights and the power supply going into protection. (led boost voltage is shutting down)

Panasonic TH-L42D25A checking the PSU output voltage
            by electron_jj
Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum. I have a Panasonic LED TV which doesnt turn on and is blinking 4 times repeatedly when I turn on the switch. The TV does not respond to the remote control so I had to turn on using the physical switch on the side of the TV. When I turn on the switch the 4 x blinking starts and repeat itself until I turn off the TV. There is a black screen. I turned off the light in the room to check the panel and I think there is no backlight as far as I can tell.

I have been inspecting and testing the capacitors and diodes in the power supply board to try to...

            Hi all,
this unit comes from a samsumg LCD TV LE32C530F1W which stopped working after making a strong noise like something was exploded inside of it.
I opened it and found that fuse FP801S was blown, capacitor CP814 was completely disintegrated and MOSFET QP801S was shorted.
I replaced all of them and instead of the fuse I connected a 100 Watt bulb. Then, without connecting it to other TV boards, I switched it on, but the bulb begun to blink.
I thought that maybe the bulb was somehow interfering with the normal operation of the power supply, so I replaced it with a fuse,...

NM-D521 rev. 2.0 output voltage on CPU coils seemingly low
            by David Miteff
            Hello, guys!
As the title says - the board is NM-D521, on the input of the CPU coils I read 1.2-1.3V, which should be normal, but on the output I read around 0.6-0.8V. The laptop bootloops with no picture.
As of right now I don't have a thermal camera, so I can't confirm a shorted or partially shorted CPU chip. Do you have any other suggestions as of why the output voltage might drop like that?...

PS5 digital / No Power / No Beep / Good power supply

            Hi everyone,

Brought a non functionnal PS5. Apparently only a bad PSU...
            No beep, nothing.

After some tests i found this :
            - PSU is fine (12 volts stable)
            - 12 volts line is shorted
            - DA9065 was fried, F7003 also => Replaced both of them, short is gone on 12 volts line, no dead short anywhere else.
            - By the way, nothing change. No signal, no power, no beep.

Mesuring all rails with my workbench psu (12 volts input)
            - 0.00 amp drawing
            - 12 volts, 5 volts, 2 volts, 1,15 volts are presents (suppose new DA9065 do is...
