Re: Samsung QN75Q60TAF Boot Loop fixed but no picture
its better if he upload very clear photo of the chip area to see pins 123 67 where to go to understand the porpoise of DT601 / 602 and most important pin 6 SCLK so will find way to block the clockLeave a comment:

Re: Samsung QN75Q60TAF Boot Loop fixed but no picture
It is possible to put a clean spi flash (empty, FF FF ...) for the experiment, that in some models they are without data (empty), in other models they already come with data.Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung QN75Q60TAF Boot Loop fixed but no picture
So the programmer will not start and will not be able to read the data if there is a short on Vcc 3.3v for spi.Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung QN75Q60TAF Boot Loop fixed but no picture
at time he removed IC 601 no more reboot
measured pins 8 and 4 on chip where 4 on + and 8 on - read very low R. i don't know what are the really value to read.. this why we will use programmer help to tell us if this short or not.Leave a comment:

Oh, crap, I get it now, somehow I got it confused with those damn problematic diode packs from other samsung models.Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung QN75Q60TAF Boot Loop fixed but no picture
So, what is there to guess, just measure the resistance between 4 and 8 pin., if there is a low resistance, then spi flash into the trash.Leave a comment:

No, I would leave it out, don't remember how these are tested, I did see the datasheet somewhere tho.Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung QN75Q60TAF Boot Loop fixed but no picture
it still early to judge.. he need to put it on programmer then it will tell us its short or not... his value read are low to me,, but we need to be more sure..Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung QN75Q60TAF Boot Loop fixed but no picture
Well then, no programmer will help to read data from spi flash if it is short.Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung QN75Q60TAF Boot Loop fixed but no picture
This is TVS DIODE, they stand in the protection of the IC601 Spi Flash lines, and if there is no short on these lines, then they are more likely to be alive.
And yet, did you have a short on the 3.3v line and the protection worked, after you removed the IC601, did you lose the short and did the TV turn on without rebooting?Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung QN75Q60TAF Boot Loop fixed but no picture
So would this include re-installing IC601 (if it's good) and then removing DT601/DT602? IC601 must be installed to provide VDD otherwise I'll never get a picture right?Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung QN75Q60TAF Boot Loop fixed but no picture
No Diah, not the mb, just maybe remove the other DT602 and see if the picture shows up, they are just like the diode packs that are going bad often, correct?Last edited by nomoresonys; 04-15-2023, 04:05 PM.Leave a comment:

by torchzackHi Team - just joined to see if anyone can offer some expertise in diagnosing an issue with a TV.
I've done a few hours googling and youtubing but just seeing if anyone has any insight here. I got a 55" Samsung UE55MU6470U which seems to boot loop and then after 10 mins will boot, work for a few minutes, then turn off and repeat.
Whilst it's on into the normal Samsung menu/boot screen it looks perfect - so I can't see there being any screen issues. I've seen lots of videos with taping across clock lines to diagnose which particular one may be an issue but i don't... -
by eigmaHi, I rescued a Samsung UN40H5003AF (H = 2014 FHD) from the curb. Symptoms are: standby (red) light comes on, stays on for 8 seconds, flickers off, then comes back on, and the cycle continues.
Service manual: https://www.electronica-pt.com/esque...is-u8la-71272/
SMPS board: checked voltages, all seem normal (A13V = 12.8V, UD = 3.3V, PWM_BLU = 0.77V, PS_OnOff = 5.5V). Remove 10p cable to main board -> backlight comes on. I think this means SMPS board and backlight are good.
Main board: BN94-07592P / BN97-08922R...1 Photo -
Hello,
My Samsung TV had a black patch on the left side of the screen for a while. One night it shut off and then became stuck in a boot loop. I initially believed the back-light was the issue and replaced the LEDs but it still boot loops. I've since replaced the main board and the issue persists.
With the main board unplugged, it powers on and the back-light comes on. I've tried the tape method but I gave up as I don't know what pins I need to cover.
I suspect the panel itself it broken but have no multi-meter to test. Is it worth investing in one to test?... -
Have a Samsung UN50NU7400 which shows a boot screen and a screen saver if left on long enough but no picture ?
Would a moving screen saver confirm that the panel is ok or it could still be a panel issue ? -
by THXFXHi I need help with a Samsung un43nu7100 BN94-13191C/BN41-02635A with boot loop problem even with tcon jumper.
I've already try tape method and same happen, if I disconnect both flex from mainboard to panel tv boots normal even I hear Samsung sound.
When I solder jumper to make t-con work with or without panel or panel cables connected it still reboot or power cycling.
What I noticed is that there's no voltage in VHG, HAVDD, PANEL_3.3V, AVDD_17V or 12v near dc-dc chip.
I check capacitors and diodes and didn't find any short IN MAINBOARD.
Measured all power supply... - Loading...
