I thunk you are right. Since none of the cables (lvds, u ribbon) seems to be damaged, I have taken the risk and bought the pcb board off ebay. I will update this post as soon as I get it changed and hopefully fixed. Thanks to all for involving and helping.

this is wrong theory... never being 2 U ribbon defect at same area.... your eyes are tired.. i wrote don't trust your glasses.. only magnifier or telescope can see if there are wrong with pins.
or you bought this TV as it is now !!!..
from the photos you posted before we can see the U ribbon cable both side look like larger than original they didn't sitting normally flat.. but there curve and this should never happened with U ribbon. .. they should Flat connected between the tow parts if panel side buffer boards.Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung 65" UE65TU7000KXXU VER:02/UTU7000 TV Blue screen
It should, but at least one of the u ribbon should be good, while both of mine have that highlighted pin not connected to each other. We can see from the picture that the highlighted area shows a thicker connection between the pins, which I think it's meant to lead power between them. What i think is that The lvds delivers the power to the lower board and from there, the u ribbons are supposed to take it to the display. Does that make any sense? I can't find a better explanation.

Update: The lvds is perfectly fine, I have tested it with the beep test (continuity) every pin.
What I have found out is that on both of the ribbon stripes CSF01, the pin highlighted in the picture did not pass the beep test, on both of them there is no continuity. Could this be it? Please see the photo.Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung 65" UE65TU7000KXXU VER:02/UTU7000 TV Blue screen
Is this the right way to do it? Please check the picture
I know that if the caps beeps when I use the multimeter, in most occasions its a bad capacitor.
I also know that if I set the multimeter to 20k to check the ohms and the value is not going from 0 to higher, that's also a bad cap.
Correct / guide me if I am wrong please. Thanksi wrote on my first post #26
but if you remove the U ribbon... the tv should wrok normal only 3/4 ScrennLast edited by gbbradshaw; 02-22-2023, 04:43 PM.Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung 65" UE65TU7000KXXU VER:02/UTU7000 TV Blue screen
Turned off the tv. Lvds plugged in. Removed the left U ribbon cable, nothing changed, turned the tv on, no change.
I did the same with the right side of the first U ribbon cable, same result.
Again, I did the same with the right side U ribbon cabble, following the same steps, no results.Leave a comment:

Re: Samsung 65" UE65TU7000KXXU VER:02/UTU7000 TV Blue screen
I have tried that using a cotton bud and gently going over every bit of lvds/ribbon cable existed, going from left to right and so on.Leave a comment:

by mar1inHi everyone,
I've got this Samsung here that would be stuck in a boot loop.
After opening up and doing the tape block method, I was able to get it to turn on and play sound from the HDMI input, but with a blue screen.
Does that mean there is another combination of pins that I need to block in order to get a picture, or is there something more serious, faulty mainboard or faulty panel?
Thanks in advance -
by MgiffuneI have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started ‘fading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.
I ordered a supposedly ‘new' Tcon board this time, and... -
by ChrissygizmoHello everyone, I’ve just been given a Samsung UE55JU6800K smart tv as it had white spots on the screen due to the led lenses falling off. After refitting them & putting the tv back together I thought it was a nice easy fix for a free bedroom tv , then I tried it before screwing the back into place. I realised that the right side of the screen was darker than the other side, I removed the screen again as I thought the backlights had failed but they are fine.
I put the screen back in place & turned it back on . The screen seemed to be ok again but different screens on the same... -
by ChrissygizmoHi , I've recently replaced the screen in my Samsung galaxy ao2s, at first it wouldn't even turn on, it had the charging symbol on the screen when plugged in but the green circle wasn't going around to show it charging....
Ive eventually managed to get it on and working but it's very temperamental...
The battery icon always reads as 50% , when the phone goes into lock screen mode i sometimes can't get the screen back on unless I plug the charger in to get it to light up, also it keeps putting the camera app on.. u think it could be something to do with the side buttons. ...05-26-2024, 12:05 AM -
