4 flashes and a B&O audio problem.
You probably have the wrong NVM.
There are many Philips LED/LCD NVMs.
It would be helpful to know at least what type of panel is installed.
I would try to put the set option code that is on the OLED label.

Set Option Code
Press the following key sequence on a standard RC transmitter: “062598” directly followed by MENU and “xxx”, where “xxx” is a 3 digit decimal value
of the panel type: see column “Set Option Code” in below tab. After resetting the Display Code, restart the set immediately.

I hope not from China; they often sell scrap parts that don't work.
