I've used NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10 and I've desoldered the chip from the mainboard and soldered on the adapter to program it

What initially happened to the TV? In service mode, at the point you clicked on “Micom Update” and after that the TV stopped turning on?
If yes, then the firmware has been erased in micom, you need to program it.
And also, you have some strange dump 24C512, or it is so badly damaged or poorly read, try this one.

Thanks for your your support. i found that sub eeprom (24c02) is connected to this ic1203 so i thought this may be the problem.
I measured the regulator and i/p 5.3 v & o/p 3.3 v so it is good, also the voltage at pin 1&2 3.3v and no short with ground. i tried to press the reset button but nothing happened

    how can i check ic1203 (61P805) is healthy ??
does it need programing? if yes can it be done by CH341?

Strange damage to the dump, usually if in this series the MU dump is damaged at the beginning of the dump, then the TV's standby LED does not light up at all. Try this one, I adjusted it a little, and don't forget about the status register after recording the dump.
