I managed to find the points you mentioned, but I don't know how to identify them like that on the PCB. My camera isn't the best, but I believe I can see it. I marked a red dot in each place. I also want to thank you for your time and attention.

There is a negative voltage (VGL) on the T-CON, so one inductor should be connected to ground with one terminal, to convert the negative voltage relative to the ground, rather this is this inductor, check how it is connected.

I have already checked your connection and everything is normal considering this negative voltage. I've already checked the USB and HDMI and there is no short. I also checked two mosfets that are in the connector that comes from the power supply and there are no shorts, which is why I was doubting the 25q40.

I opened the TV and did some tests with the source board and the LEDs light up and the voltage is stable. It has two eproms and I believe the problem is in one of them. I noticed that the component indicated in the photo it's no longer there, probably has blown out during the desoldering of the chip.
Is there any solution?

NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10 ?
Did you program the chip through a clothespin or solder the chip through an adapter?

I've used NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10 and I've desoldered the chip from the mainboard and soldered on the adapter to program it

Yes the dump was the original native one, status register done, i followed the instruction on the post #4
