Can you clean the internal sheets of a tv? I have a 58-inch TV and I don't know if it's worth cleaning the sheets. I have seen that it has dirt on the sheets and the leds are blown. I don't know if they look good when you clean the sheets. Thanks in advance.

Re: clean hisense inner sheets
the sheets are pretty much plastic, you can clean them, just don't use anything that can damage or melt it, no caustic liquids or such, might also want to use a micro fiber cloth to try to eliminate anything from being left on the sheets.Comment

Re: clean hisense inner sheets
I have opened the tv, and it has one of the grated sheets, the one closest to the panel, it is the brightest. this causes those scratched lines to be seen on the panel. could it be removed? maybe I say something absurd.Comment

Dear TV technicians of forum, I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to seek assistance regarding my 85-inch Hisense Smart TV, model 85Q6NAU, which is currently experiencing a fault. The unit is approximately two years old, and I am not sure if it has a warranty.

by David StroeI am trying to repair my monitor that shows image but the backlight is not turning on. I think either the power supply is not working properly or the LED strip is failing, which seems unlikely (the whole strip is off).
I really need help in finding the data sheets for this monitor's boards. The data sheets I need are for the following boards:
Power Supply: 715GA907-P03-000-001S and 715GA721-P01-000-0H4K
Main Board: 715G9500-M0C-B00-005K
T-CON Board: 19Y_270_EU3MQ_SR_V02_HF
If someone could please provide any of these data sheets, it would be awesome....-

Hey folks,
I'm not a professional, but I do have a decent amount of knowledge when it comes to electronic repairs.
A friend of mine recently bought a brand new Hisense 75” 4K QLED Smart TV (75E7NQTUK) but unfortunately, he cracked the screen just a few days later. Luckily, he had insurance and got a replacement right away but weirdly enough, the insurance company never asked for the broken unit back.
So, I took it off his hands and figured I'd try to repair it myself rather than see it go to waste. I've been searching for a replacement screen but can't...1 Photo -
by nono34Hello,
I accidentally changed the project ID in the service menu of my Vidaa Hisense 100U7KQ TV. When I turn on the TV, the screen displays an RGB color cycle (test mode???). I contacted Hisense, and they sent me a usb_MTK_9618.EU.bin file, but it doesn't work. I can see that the USB drive is being read, and it flashes for about 10 minutes (the screen remains in the color cycle during the firmware reading), then the TV turns off and restarts, but still in the color cycle mode.
I want to mention that the 4GB USB is formatted in FAT32 MBR. I've also renamed the file to... -
HISENSE 65H6510G (13 AUGUST 2020)
When powered on, initial splash screen (HISENSE ANDROID TV) displays for a few seconds then power shuts off. Tried updating firmware with USB flash drive (can't find 4GB drive but did format larger drive in FAT32) with no luck. Flash drive would be accessed but would never get to the update process. I have ordered a board (RSAG7.820.7911/ROH, PART# 242585) from eBay which will arrive in a few days. Does anyone have any input of whether I am chasing down the right trail or should I be trying something else? I appreciate your time and wish to say thank... - Loading...
