It looks fake to me prints their name in plain black text and uses their logo as seen here:

    http://www.jamesthebard.net/blog/wp-...ight=282&mode=

It is also seen on the top left corner of their site here:

    http://www.delta.com.tw/product/ps/sps/sps_others.asp

There are alot of fake products all over e-bay I have found plenty of fake semis there too thats why they are always a last resort for me in that department.

My saying is if the part raises suspicion then it warrants further investigation.

This one in ebay is simply "Delta". and other one is Delta Electronic Inc. with their unique logo. There are lot of other brands using Delta word.

UL Number on sticker in photo is: E210743
That is NOT Delta, it belongs to SUN PRO.

On the Computer Store I used to work in Mexico (Mexicali, at the Border with Calexico, CA) almost every generic case they imported had a Delta PSU (This Specific Logo, not the Delta Electronics ones). The failure rate was 2 out of 10 after 18 months if preventive maintenance was made (dust off interior of CPU mostly) or 3 out of 10 after 12 months (right after warranty has expired ...) if not. It is hot and many parts of the city were (at that time) dusty, so maybe that helped. The PSUs mentioned were 300 or 350 watts.
I have used some of them (400w) with no problems.
          But that brand DOES exists.

Very good PC I didn't know you could look up UL numbers that easily.

Although I must admit on some of the cheaper supplies they use the UL logo (along with other certifying body logos) without permission.
