Hec 300ar-ptf pwm ic ?

Anyone here knows if the HEC 300AR-PTF has the same design of 300AR-T? Does it use the DBL494 ?

I've found that 300AR-T model is based on DBL494, here is a internal picture from Korean review site.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm designing an ESP-based WLED controller board for WS2815 12V LED strips, with a primary focus on energy efficiency.

To minimize power consumption, my goal is to completely shut down the system when the LED strip is turned off.
However, the current buck converter powering the ESP module draws about 8 watts even when the LEDs are idle, making it unsuitable for low-power operation.

I am using below components:
- Buck Converter: TPS562201 (12V → 5V regulated)
- Microcontroller: XIAO ESP32-C3 (with built-in USB-C)
- LED Strip: WS2815 (12V digital LED strip)

I got this device yesterday and did some testing on some tabbing and some incandescent light bulbs and it seems to work very well from what I can tell but how do I know how accurate the m-ohms section is what can I use to verify it accurately I also tested some li-ion battery cells and this seems to be fairly accurate because I have another tester and they seem to agree with each other

I also checked some capacitors with it that were brand new and seem to show about what I expected to see with my blue capacitor tester so I think it...

Is there a decent VPN out there that is decent and free to use

Because at first I thought that our internet connection was lost yesterday but after doing some troubleshooting I realized that it was the free VPN that I was using it first started with having to do a hard restart of the iPad to receive my emails then sometimes not wanting to load certain websites pages probably then yesterday no internet connection access at all really are you kidding me...
