You have a lot of bad soldering joints when you see a ring around the joints those need to be reworked
I would recommend replacing all capacitors that are less than 100uf
at a minimum
It would be better if you replace all the caps except the the main capacitor

These two repairs where found with a ESR meter...> Temp at 50*F then at 90*F the ESR reading more than 10%

All of these had CAPs POOF
All of the mosfet that are taken out by bad caps
I had to pack up this project due to moving and am now getting back into the stash. I'm doing some more inspection and measurements and will respond shortly.

Any thoughts on replacing the 6r190c6 with 20N60C3 or FCP20N60 (ON Semi) or ... ? I'm searching for details on issues or reliability related to these FETs and found a few situations where these substitutions were made. Also, in one review of this PSU they show the 20N60C3 instead of the 6r190c6.
Yeah me thinks IPx60R190C6 and 20N60 look like equivalents.
Think that 500V FET should be fine as well, it's two-forward when it has CM6800 without even looking, and most of them usually only had 18N50s (or 20N50s when over 600 W). Depends on what you can find around.
