I have a broken Socomec 10KvA online single phase UPS, specifically an ITY2-TW100B.
Does anyone have any experience with these? 6KvA ITYS units also share a mainboard, I believe.
There is an issue with the bypass circuit on the mainboard- out of ten intial error codes Im down to one (yay aliexpress components), but after four months im ready to give up. 140kg boat anchor.
I need to find a complete mainboard.
Socomec have stonewalled me and wont give me any schematics. The manual has a bunch of 'consult socomec' entries aligned to the errors codes I have/had.
Crazy thing is, I had a great chat with a state distributor who told me all of these obsolete units are disposed to Ewaste at end of service life, regardless if they are actually broken or not.
Ordinarily they are used in hospitals/data centers/other critical industry. They had dumped an ITY2 into their skip bin two weeks ago.
As a car guy, Ive used websites where you can track down a specific wreck with the parts you are chasing.
Does such a thing exist for E-waste? Not looking for a freebie either, will happily pay for it.
Any tips/leads would be greatly appreciated.
