Nah, I haven't found a better source...

I've bought Samxon caps from Big Pope on this forum though...
Most of the Swedish sites that will sell caps only sell in large quantities or only to corporate businesses...

You could always buy from mouser or RS Components but you will need to pay tax on the caps then...
