Help identifying this part in AP-396AM Sony tv psu

Looking for a replacement for this. It's in the 3.3v standby section.

I think it reads GA6
I could be an A6 switching diode but I'm not sure because pin 2 is connected.
Any help would be much appreciated

I'm now thinking it may be a APL431L Shunt regulator as it connects to the optocoupler that gives the primary side driver ic feedback
