Control board for treadmill Horizon Omega II

    Hi guys!

Firstly, I will apologize if my topic is in the wrong section, please move it if necessary.
I want to repair one treadmill from the brand Horizon the model is Omega II. Practically, the motor power control board has suffered one damage. One mosfet has blown and I suppose by doing that, the short circuit has damaged a couple of diodes, one zener diode and two transistors. I hope that is all. I will find out when I will put them all back on board. I have dismantled and cleaned the rotor of the DC motor, tested it, and it seems to be working properly. I suppose it was water dropped accidentally on the board.
Now to my issue: Can someone help me identify the mosfet? Is destructed exactly on the markings, what i can read is only IRFP3...after can be `0`´ but thats it. The ZD1 was melted to the board, making the markings not to be identifiable anymore. I will attach some pictures, and i hope that someone can help me.
Thank you for your time and help!

          Hi guys,

I have replaced the mosfet with IRFP460 and the other damaged components on the board. Since the ZD1 has no markings on it, I have used one 5,6 V. After i have powered up the board, with all the cables attached, the display was powered up and accepting all the settings, but as soon as I started the motor, the mosfet was shorted again. No sparks or fuses were blown away. The motor is already cleaned and tested. It can be that, the mosfet is not the correct one for this current/ controlling? Just as I previously mentioned, the blown one was IRFP3xxx.
Can someone tell me if I have used the wrong ZD value, or mosfet?

Thanks in advance for helping me!

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

            Assuming...

Hi, this is my personal laptop, which the original board (lets call it Board A) blew up PU8700 (TPS51486), making a hole on the board, i had left the laptop at my desk one day with the battery fully charged and didn't touch it for a week, but when i tried to turn it on it didn't
Thought the battery was dead, so i plugged in the charger then tried to power on, the power LED blinked once, charged LED still orange, unplugged the charger, plugged in again and I noticed the "magic smoke" smell, so i unplugged the charger, removed the back cover and saw the blown IC (the "magic...

LG 60PK550 Logic Control Board EBR63450301
            by Yanleb
Hi all, I just want to share the repair of my 60PK550-UA TV set.

The TV set was powering on, just no image. After verification, nothing wrong on the YSus or ZSus boards. Nothing wrong on the main board either.

But I noticed that the LED was not flashing on the Logic Control Board. This is an EBR63450301. The LED is supposed to flash even with all the flat cables disconnected, with only the power cable attached.

All the voltages measured at the electrolytic capacitors on the board were good. From top left to bottom right:
            C57: 3.30V
            C61:...

All left and right refers to looking from rear of TV (or looking from front with TV upside down)
            • TV came with vertical bars and no image. Found faulty TVS on left buffer board. Also replaced T-Con (may have damaged the original while hot air removing components, board has slight warp) and have full image but few horizontal lines on the screen. Some of the lines appears to be 2 pixel tall while others are 1 pixel tall.
            • Disconnecting left and right buffer board potentially reveals problems on both sides with different signals (unless this T-Con require jumper like Samsung FB_TRDY1&3) Fault
