Anything close, anything that even simply fits the connectors with the same width terminals?
Typically It's not a matter of whether the battery will work, but of amperage runtime and shape/physical dimensions of the case. Well, asside from the terminals that is.
But there are only 2 types that APC typically uses, one narrow F1 (0.187") and one wider F2 (0.250").
