Re: Compaq Deskpro EN PSU
Did you diode check the rectifier bridge with a meter? It's not impossible to blow one but they have peak forward surge ratings really high (high enough to trip a home circuit breaker or blow fuse before they'd fail).
For example yours is a typical GBL08 like this rated for 4A continuous, 800V (the "08" part), 150A peak surge. You have a lot of latitude here, if you had a spare equivalent of a GBL(nn) rated for 4A or more and at least 400V it would be ok, but of course higher than 400V and 4A is even better but beyond a certain rating may not fit on the PCB, AND some package types are old with a plastic case epoxy filled which are thicker (maybe too wide to fit next to other components).
The difference in cost of these inline packaged bridge rectifiers is so small that practically any scrap computer PSU would have a donor you could use, or order at any electronics or surplus 'site taking note of the lead spacing as it is larger in higher rated parts.
For the transistors put "2S" in front of the number so you have 2SK3324
MOV datasheet here, yes it's 240V rated TVR10241 You can get an equivalent part from many suppliers at Digikey, etc, or take one from a scrap PSU.
