Philips 50PSP5332D/37 clicking

I hope this is the correct place to post? My 50" TV was working fine then the next day when I turned it on it started clicking continuously and the blue light in the front came on. I assume this is a bad power supply from what I have read online, I have removed the PS but on quick inspection cannot see any bad caps. My local electronics repair shop will replace the bad caps for $35 but they say they cannot test it unless I bring in the TV too (yeah right), I just need to know which ones are typical for going bad. Can anyone point me to a link with illustration on how to fix this board? Maybe a list of parts I need too? It uses the following PS Samsung LJ41-05253A

Thanks for any help, if you know of a reputable place to have it repaired please make suggestions, don't want to spend a ton of money on it.

I don't know, would guess the 11 similar diameter caps to the right of the right most heatsink in the pictures BUT here's a guy selling a repair kit on eBay and it mentions that it includes 6 parts:

He wants $26 USD delivered, for that price you could replace all 11 and then some.

OK, so I sent the power supply to Preher-Tech as suggested from a few people and now it powers on, than off and six red light flashes pause, etc. etc, is something still wrong with the power supply?

There could be a short on another circuit board in the TV, or there is still something wrong with the power supply.

Check all the fuses - I see at least three.

when I unplugged the Y-SUS from the power supply and powered it up there was no longer the 6 red flashes, could it be I should replace the Y-SUS and buffers? I hate shooting in the dark, I wish there was an easy test for those.

OK, I have determined the Y-SUS and buffers need to be rebuilt or replaced, I am 90% sure of it, who is reasonable or who has these parts and wants to sell them at a resonable price? I already have $150 into the TV, should I part it out or fix it? I have 2 TV's, botb 50" with the same exact problem, Samsung has sound no video and the Philips has intermittent flickers of light on the screen. I have roughly $150 into each one.
